We were finding a place to go on a Sunday night ! And we came across this place which is inside 4 seasons hotel !
The tacos were so amazing ! We had to order another round the pina colada was on point too
our server was very friendly and kept our drinks filled even though they were approaching closing time ! -

One of my favorite bars to hang live at. The entire team is on point. The chef is excellent, and the drink selection is one of the best in town.
A great place for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Great cigars. The bartenders are extremely cordial and knowledgeable. -

The EDGE restaurant is such a unique twist on your traditional steak house. It is definitely a step up from other steakhouses in the area. The service was excellent and even on a busy Saturday night they were staffed appropriately which provided a relaxing atmosphere. My favorite part was the hot stone appetizer! It was definitely unique and something worth trying. We got two pieces of wagyu and two pieces of ahi tuna sashimi. Another favorite appetizer was the pork belly! It was almost too good to share.
I had the special of Chilean sea bass with a side of scallops. It was a lighter dish but the fish was very fresh and cooked perfectly. I was too full for dessert but the waiter brought out an assortment of chocolate cow lollipops as a complimentary dessert. There were just as cute as they were delicious. I can't wait to come back here again! -

The food at Edge is AMAZING!! It is quite expensive, but we expected that from a high end steak restaurant. The service was good, but nothing to write home about. All the servers were friendly and obliging. They were pretty attentive at clearing away dirty plates and refilling drinks. The ambiance was not quite what I was expecting. The space has very high ceilings and not a lot of noise dampening, so it gets loud. Surprisingly, there were a lot of children (who brings kids to an expensive 5 star restaurant?) who made quite a lot of noise. We were seated next to a couple who had 3 very rambunctious kids who were jumping around and making a lot noise. Luckily, they left about halfway into our meal and things quieted down a little bit.
The Wagyu steak is to die for. Order it. Don't think about it, just do it. We started with the Edge Signature which is several slices of Wagyu and tuna steak that you sear yourself on 900 degree rocks that are brought to the table. It was delicious. Next, I ordered the filet mignon and my husband ordered the Wagyu filet mignon. Note: the steak options do not come with sides, all sides are ordered separately and are for the table to share. My filet mignon was really good, but did not hold up against the Wagyu filet. We also go dessert because it was our anniversary. We ordered the Chocolate Pot de Creme. It was awesome! Their pastry chef is quiet talented.
We will definitely be back for our special occasions. -

All around, a really great restaurant. I get the salmon entree at every restaurant and I might have to say that the salmon here was the best in Denver.
Pickle fries were also good. Truffle fries were not as crisp as I would have liked. Pretty good wine and drink selection. We sat at the bar and felt like the bartenders could have checked in on us more. A few times, we had finished our drinks and were not asked if we wanted another. Food came out pretty slowly also. All together it was a good experience and I'd come here again
